Supper fast delivery and good quality printed labels for operator ID even though it was worth but that's my fault for not checking it after a copy and paste, very friendly on the phone and would recommend to anyone

I cannot fault any aspect of my purchase experience. From some pre sales advice to the less than 24hr free delivery from time of order the team were exemplary. Add on to that, what I thought was a missing SD card from my order (it wasn’t I misread the deal), my interaction with the Customer Service was like nothing other I have experienced. A swift response from the most helpful staff, resulting in sending a card out free of charge anyway as a goodwill gesture. This small but amazing gesture leads to this review, something I don’t often do. All in all a superb experience, if you are looking to buy a drone then I couldn’t recommend highly enough!!

Honestly can’t praise the team at Drone Safe Store enough. Ordered the Friday before the bank holiday weekend and didn’t expect delivery till the middle of the following week, but the drone arrived the following morning. Great service all round and the Haribos were very welcome. Definitely using them again.

Ordered Freewell ND filters ofr my Mavic 3 Pro. Had some trouble with the website when ordering. All OK now very pleased with the products excellent quality.

Brilliant first time shopping experience. I ordered in the afternoon, it arrived the next morning. Straight forward transaction, good communication from the company. Product DJI om5 at a fantastic price. Only open yesterday as for a birthday gift, he loved it and the freebie mini bag of sweets and glider, nice touch, 5 stars for overall service start to finish. Will be recommending and purchasing from again. Great to find a genuine good company these days.
