Everything was handled great, the delivery was amazingly quick and everything arrived well packaged and you could tell they care about your order. Drone arrived the next day by courier. I paid less for a box opened but unused and got a brand new seal unbroken drone! Tremendous value and care. A slight technical issue with Care Refresh was solved and I am a happy customer. Can heartily recommend Drone Safe Store.

Can’t fault service in any way 10/10

Great service again and kept informed every step of the way. Just one observation, the main parcel box was open. Fortunately no damage and everything present and correct. Looks like the parcel tape was not up to the job.
