Drone arrived the next day by courier. I paid less for a box opened but unused and got a brand new seal unbroken drone! Tremendous value and care. A slight technical issue with Care Refresh was solved and I am a happy customer. Can heartily recommend Drone Safe Store.

Can’t fault service in any way 10/10

Great service again and kept informed every step of the way. Just one observation, the main parcel box was open. Fortunately no damage and everything present and correct. Looks like the parcel tape was not up to the job.

I had a great experience with Drone Safe Store. At first, I was sceptical because it was the first time I bought a drone from a third-party vendor instead of directly from the manufacturer. However, I received great value for my money, next-day delivery, and some free goodies. I'm so happy with my purchase from Drone Safe Store that I don't see any reason to go back to buying directly from the manufacturers with such great service available. 100% recommended!!!
