Spoke with Tom today and he was the most helpful and polite person I have spoke with for a long time. Nothing was an issue and he was advising me on options and genuinely wanted to make sure I was 100 percent happy and had all the information I needed. 10/10

This is the first time we have used Drone Safe Store as a business supplier. They provided us with very good advice which allowed us to confidently purchase a Matrice 4T. Having used Drone Safe a few times to make purchases and seek advice I can say that the service has been spot on. The only minor issue I have had is a short shipment of a free neck strap. This was out of stock when the Air3s was shipped just before Xmas but was sorted when back in stock.

I had the best experience ever with The Safe Drone! Since most shops in the UK close around 5 or 6 PM, I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get a drone in time for my project. I was driving from Glasgow to Chester on my way to film a project in London, and I needed the drone urgently. I made a purchase through their website, but there was a delivery delay. When I contacted The Safe Drone, they assured me they could cancel the order and arrange a replacement for the same day. Tom went the extra mile by passing my order to his father, Mark, who personally made sure I got my DJI Mini 4 Pro. Mark even took the drone home with him and gave me his home address, telling me I could collect it anytime. I called Mark around 9 PM, letting him know I might arrive after midnight. Instead of leaving it at the door, he waited up and met me in person with my order. To top it all off, instead of the 132GB memory card I was supposed to receive, they upgraded me to a 256GB card and included an RC2 protector! This level of customer service is truly exceptional. I can’t recommend The Safe Drone enough—thank you for going above and beyond!
