Absolutely splendid am new to Drones and can't speak highly enough of this store in days when excellence is expected but seldom rewarded this store and their staff and online department are exceptional and no don't live near the store about 200 miles away and no not related being " old school " believe excellence show be recognised and rewarded 🙂👍 well done Drone Safe Store as a business man realise that you can figuratively have a draw from a customer every day of your life but only rip them off once of which the Drone Safe Store practice the former to a high degree I look forward to dealing with you for many years . Having purchased a Mini 2 SE in store previously I now regret not upgrading to the Fly More package as this is not available separately. Therefore took advantage of the Opening Day reductions to purchase an additional battery and charger on line later on Saturday. Received the products, well packaged, by courier on Tuesday. As always the packet of sweets and glider are a great extra. For all things DJI this is the place to go.

Had a day off so went to this shop to buy a drone, dad and son very helpful talked through my options and ended up with the 1 k drone. As I bank with Lloyds I tried to purchase the drone it kept saying declined, as a Buisness account I no sometimes the bank does this for fraud, transferred £1000 to my wife’s account again declined, was there 2 hours on the phone to Lloyds they said because it was overseas. I have now only been able to use my Buisness card 5 days later. So if you’re with Lloyds let them know you’re trying to purchase from safe drone as it’s been a nightmare for me. Just because of this I’ve just ordered a drone elsewhere.

Ordered online and had a great experience - order was shipped very quickly, with DPD who are generally the best shippers. The 5% introductory offer meant I got the drone at the best price. The box included a little glider and a haribo, and it's amazing how much more fun this small gesture makes your expensive purchase!

Although I was about to order an item online I hesitated. The special offer seemed to good to be true. So I telephoned. The guy I spoke to could not have been more helpful. He was patient and had the time to discuss my needs. Ordered and delivered on time as promised. Recommend.
