Good service, pricing and communication. What is not to like?

Fast delivery great quality

Great bunch of guys and very helpful. I brought 2 drones from them and they didn’t mind my 4 year old son was touching “expensive toys” they were happy to let us try and test things. I did have a sensor issue with my avatar 2 which for worse within 24 hrs of buying which isn’t there fault but they were very helpful in directing me to get it repaired. Brilliant service guys keep it up

My son, 11, has been saving hard for over a year to buy the Avata 2. It's been a hard slog! We decided to visit Drone Safe a few times to check out the drones and see them in action. Staff were always friendly, informative, and supportive, making recommendations and suggestions along the way. Today was the big day. He counted up his cash, and off we went. When we arrived, son was VERY excited to see Mark standing on the doorway. I introduced my son and explained that he'd been saving hard. Mark and his team were incredible. He spent time explaining how the drone worked and gave my son time to practise with it. He gave him wise advice and was very generous with his time and engagement with an emerging enthusiast. He took my son seriously, which is a rare thing. My son has walked away with his new drone and feeling like he's met a super star 🌟 🤩 Thank you, Mark and team, for treating my son like a fellow drone expert!

Excellent company to deal with wide range of products

Very good. Fast delivery. Bought the mega bundle, but the memory card was missing in the package. Called them up and they were very helpful and apologetic. Sent the card out straight away.

I bought a drone bundle from Drone safe store which arrived promptly by dhl everything was boxed and packaged brilliantly, I got an awsome deal which always makes my day, they will be my goto store for any other purchases I have in the future, keep the good work you lot 👍

What a team great advice very helpful and super quick delivery

It’s was my first time in purchasing a DJi mini pro 4 drone and found Archie at the Drone Safe store to very friendly and informative. He even helped to register and set up my drone enabling me to walk out the door and fly my drone straight out the box. Great service and highly recommended. The store is impressive with other remote controlled products for sale i.e cars, boats, helicopters etc

So, I purchased my DJI Mini 4 Pro from here a few days ago and finally got around to its maiden flight this morning. It's an amazing piece of tech with which I'm absolutely delighted. This was my first purchase from Drone Safe Store but it certainly won't be my last! Mark is clearly a decent fellow and has gone above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Delivery was fast and the one quibble I had (a DJI marketing issue rather than a store issue) was sorted out in a swift and friendly manner, for which I'm extremely grateful. To conclude, if you're looking at purchasing a drone or model aircraft etc, and require a warm, professional service, Drone Safe Store should be your first port of call.
