An integrated 8K filming system may be formed by simply replacing the Ronin 4D's X9-6K gimbal camera with the X9-8K gimbal camera.

In addition to H.264 video and full-frame video recording at up to 8K/60fps and 4K/120fps, Zenmuse X9 also supports internal recording of Apple ProRes RAW, ProRes 4444 XQ, ProRes 422 HQ, ProRes 422 LT, and others. Additionally, the ACES workflow is supported.

Integrated 9-Stop ND Filters
A motorised internal system allows the X9's nine built-in physical ND filters (ND 2 to ND 512, or ND 0.3 to ND 2.7) to be swiftly and simply swapped.
DL/E/L/PL/M Interchangeable Lens Mount
In addition to Leica L, Leica M, Sony E, ARRI PL, and other mounts, X9 is compatible with DJI's own DL mount. X9 can also be used with lenses that are compatible with these mounts.
