A top-up of 100,000 livestream minutes for FlightHub 2's real-time video quota. This isn't a standalone product, it adds capacity to an account you already hold, once your plan's included monthly allowance has been used up.
How Livestream Minutes Are Counted
Livestream time is calculated based on total audience watch time, not just how long a stream runs. A single 30-minute stream watched by five team members simultaneously counts as 150 minutes against your quota, not 30, so usage scales with how many people are watching, not just flight duration.
Activation and Validity
Same terms as DJI's other recharge packages, confirmed directly from DJI's official FAQ:
- Activation window: must be activated within 6 months of purchase, or the code expires unused.
- Usage validity: once activated, the quota is valid for 1 year from the activation date.
- Refunds: available if you request one within 30 calendar days of purchase and the code hasn't been activated. Once activated, no refund, replacement, or transfer to another organisation is available.
Given the six-month activation window, don't buy this ahead of when you'll actually need the capacity.

How is this delivered?
As a digital code, emailed as soon as your order is processed, applied to your existing FlightHub 2 account.
How are livestream minutes actually calculated?
Based on total audience watch time. Multiple viewers watching the same stream simultaneously each count against the quota, so a well-attended livestream uses minutes faster than a single-viewer one.
How long do I have to activate it?
Six months from the date of purchase, after which the code expires.
Once activated, how long does the quota last?
One year from the activation date.
Do I need a specific FlightHub 2 plan to use this?
No, recharge packages apply to both the free Standard version and paid Business plans. Note that once an organisation activates Enterprise, standard recharge packages can no longer be added to that account, Enterprise uses its own per-device allowances instead.
Would I be better off moving to Enterprise instead of buying recharges?
Possibly, if you're topping up livestream minutes regularly rather than as a one-off. Call us with your typical monthly usage and we'll work out whether Enterprise's per-device allowances actually cost less over a year than repeated Business recharges.
Can I get a refund if I don't end up needing it?
Yes, within 30 calendar days of purchase, provided it hasn't been activated. Once activated, it's non-refundable, non-transferable, and can't be moved to a different organisation.
Can I get this on finance?
Ltd companies can spread the cost with iwocaPay, and individual buyers can use Klarna or Clearpay at checkout.
