No Activation Deadline
Unlike the Business plan and DJI's recharge packages, both of which must be activated within 6 months of purchase or expire unused, the Enterprise Version carries no activation time limit. For organisations planning a phased rollout, or buying licences ahead of a deployment date that isn't fixed yet, that removes a real risk the Business tier carries.

Is this licence for my whole organisation or just one device?

Do I need to activate it within a set time?
No. Unlike the Business plan and recharge packages, which expire if not activated within 6 months, the Enterprise Version has no activation time limit.
Should I buy Business or Enterprise?
Depends on fleet size. A handful of aircraft or a single dock usually fits comfortably within Business's shared monthly allowance. Multiple docks or a large fleet will likely exceed it quickly, at which point Enterprise's per-device allowances and lack of activation deadline make more sense. Call us with your fleet size and we'll confirm which is cheaper overall.
Can I add more devices later?
Yes, via a FlightHub 2 Enterprise Online Device Expansion, sold separately per additional device.
What happens after the 1 year expires?
The device's licence needs renewing to continue using Enterprise features on it. A 3-Year plan is also available if you'd rather commit longer upfront.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Refunds are available if requested within 30 calendar days of purchase, provided the licence hasn't been activated. Once activated, it's non-refundable, non-transferable, and can't be moved to a different organisation.
Can I get this on finance?
Ltd companies can spread the cost with iwocaPay, and individual buyers can use Klarna or Clearpay at checkout.
