Amazing customer services and a great price too. I had some questions over a period of 3 or 4 days during delivery and just after arrival of my DJI Mini 3 and there was someone , knowledgeable and switched on and actually online in the chat window whenever I needed help

Real good company to deal with , easy to contact and chat with a real human being if you have a question or query , they even phoned me to explain a 24 hour delay on a delivery… try get that kind of service with the likes of Amazon .

I had been thinking about buying a another dji drone after owning a phantom several years ago, but was unsure which to go for ?? After lots of research I decided on the mini 3 pro and after googling for a few days kept coming back to Drone Safe as having the best deals and had a very good offer on at the time... Read some reviews and decided to part ways with some cash... From first visiting the website I was impressed how easy to navigate back n forth and lots of detailed info available ended up being a no brained to make this purchase, which was also a really simple process, great communication via email on the order process and delivery, which again was great and very quick... So all in all I'm happy I've found Drone Safe and will more than likely be returning for accessories in due course... So I'm very impressed and very happy and looking forward to flying again... as well as eating the gifts that where all so in the box, very nice surprise and a great touch! So many thanks Drone Safe its a YES from me.... 😁👍
