Tom over at Drone Safe Store was really friendly and helpful, explaining and demonstrating the drone I was considering. Tom also chatted to me about the CAA and insurance requirements. Their new facility is very smart and I even got a coffee! If you value a hands on experience from knowledgeable people and want confidence that you are getting what you need, don't hesitate to go and see the team.

Purchased Mini 3 , although I am a novice I am pleased with the drone’s relative ease of use. The delivery was all good and arrived on time along with the glider and sweets, I did have a query and that was dealt with efficiently and politely by the-member of staff. Chris H

Impressive service quick delivery would definitely use again

Buying was easy, but their customer service what was really blew me out of the water. I had an issue retrieving the package from the delivery carrier (not dronestore’s fault). I utilized their chat option on their website and got in touch with Tom twice, who immediately did everything possible to track down the current location of my package and help reassure me that it will arrive. I can say, due to their customer service, I will 100% but any drone products with them in the future.
