The customer service Tom, Harrison and Mark offer is on ANOTHER LEVEL to anything I have experienced before from a company. I am of the older generation and had a few questions about updates, and general operation to which my first call to Harrison left me confident I could manage to operate this drone. I had a few questions to setting it up when it arrived on the Saturday and Mark who was at home with his family spent 49 minutes on the phone and went through everything and even stayed on the call to go through a test flight with me to make sure I was up and running and confident. Any issues he said to just call at anytime and they would help me. Love the drone and would totally recommend these guys. Cant thank you enough.

My order for a DJI Mavic 3 arrived well boxed and very intact the next day. Drone Safe staff were very helpful and knowledgeable at time of order, sensitive and competitive on price. The also offered free effective advice on problems with another DJI drone purchased some time ago direct from DJI. Would I buy from them again... certainly.

Couldn't be more pleased and happy by choosing Drone Safe store. Firstly, I had a quick chat with them before purchasing DJI Mini 3 PRO, I got respond within seconds, and was just lovely chat about drone and service between two humans, no pressure to buy or anything. The very next day I have ordered drone, and maybe within 2 hours received confirmation of dispatch! I have received a Hardcase ans SD card as a gift worth around £80 which is great! Definitely going to use the Drone Safe again as got some extras in the basket already. So happy I did try this shop, instead of going big shops and over spending for smaller package. I believe in small business, which is why I bought from Dronesafe - also because they know everything about what they sell and offer a great price. I bought a Mini 3 Pro with some extras. I ordered it in the morning and it arrived the very next day - well packaged and in perfect condition. Excellent.
