Activation window. For a brand new drone, Care Refresh must be activated within 48 hours of the drone itself being registered, or it cannot be bound to the aircraft. If you miss this, contact DJI directly, they may still be able to bind it manually.
Delivery. Every plan is a digital code, emailed to you the moment your order completes.
Extending your plan. A 1-Year plan can be extended for a further year, giving you a second year of cover without needing a fresh 2-Year purchase. Full terms are on DJI's Care Refresh Plus page.

An option that skips the damage assessment and quotation process, so once DJI receives your damaged product and you've paid the replacement fee, a replacement ships immediately.
Yes. If you don't use any replacement services during your plan, DJI extends your warranty by an extra year.
