My grandson was keen to have a DCI Mini 4K for his 13th Birthday. I was scanning Google and was amazed to find a local phone number for a stockist. On arrival at Drone Safe Store Chichester, I was met by a helpful and knowledgeable salesman who could provide the drone as well as all the details required to fly.

A product redemption code did not arrive in the email, but this was sorted out in one phone call within minutes, and all the items I ordered arrived within 18 hours of placing the order and I live over 250 miles from the store highly recormend Drone safe and their sales team

I have dealt with drone safe store on a couple of occasions now and their service and knowledge is fantastic, on my last purchase I had problems ordering with my credit card (banking error) not drone safe store but none the less Tom offered me a discount for the inconvenience which was a kind offer, alas I sorted the issue my end and missed the discount (silly me) but nice gesture from the drone safe store.

Drone safe is a reputable trust worthy company selling DJI drones .accessories and other equipment, I purchased a DJI mini 4 pro mega bundle from them . They kept in contact through out the sale and shipping of my purchase which arrived on time intact. I would recommend Drone safe to anyone and will be making more purchases from them in the future .
