Went onto Google looking to buy the dji mini 3 pro. Drone safe store popped up selling the dji mini 3 pro plus the fly more kit and I ordered straight away on Tuesday night. Absolutely impressed with the service had an email first thing Wednesday morning to say it’s been dispatched and will be with me on Thursday. If I lived closer I would love to have gone into the store. If I need anything else I will use you again and a really big THANK YOU for AMAZING service

They often have stock no-one else has. Their prices are spot-on, and the delivery is incredibly quick. Highly recommended.

I have made several high value purchases from Drone Safe Store, Ronin 2 Gimbal, DJI Vision etc... and the reason I keep returning is that their customer service is first class and their prices are always competitive. If they're selling what you're looking for then give them a try.

We arranged a visit for 7th July to Drone Safe. After much discussions regarding my needs and wants, we came across the DJI Mavic 3 Pro Cine. With this drone we have quality in all departments, from the pro res camera to the upgraded controller. Additionally we purchased an extra two batteries, 5 in total, and another high end filter to compliment the four already in the box. Tom, owner Marks son, was instrumental in our purchase as he setup the DJI account and fixed everything administratively so once batteries were charged it was ready to fly. The knowledge afforded me was invaluable when making my choice…and to the point of saving me £6k when advising us not to buy M30T. If like me, you’re new to this stuff then I’d highly recommend making the journey and seeing for yourself what is on offer at the Drone Safe Experience Centre and try before you buy. I feel relaxed with my purchase into this new world as I know Tom is on hand to take my calls with his vast DJI knowledge. Friendly help by Mark and the team, the coffees were nice too.

Fantastic customer service. Tom showed me a range of drones and gave me some good and relevant information about all of them. I ended up buying the dji MINI 3 Pro + Fly More pack and the mega pack of filters plus the propeller holder, as well as a TypeC to SD Card Reader. Tom gave me a thorough demonstration before allowing me to fly the drone in their excellent facilities. I was given coffee and biscuits too and the other staff were very friendly and attentive. I also bought 2 years of pro care insurance. I will Definitely recommend Drone Safe to anyone looking to buy their first drone or to upgrade an existing one. I’ll be back soon to upgrade I’m sure.
