Fantastic, competitive pricing you getting good value for your money, very quick dispatch, well packed in a sturdy box. Thank you very much. My only complaint is to do with delivery company this is why im still giving 5 staras because its not retailer foult. My drone arrived early with is brilliant however i wasn't made aware off that, luck would have i was at home at the time. Tracking your parcel system is not working if couriers are not updating it. As a business i would get on to delivery company/s you are have agreement with and ask them to try to do better as potentially this could cause lost or stolen parcels witch it would cost you as a business, and it would be a shame to see as your service is brilliant.

so I got the new dji 5 pro drome and it's amazing very helpful on the phone when I asked questions about it they was quick to answer for me and the delivery time was fast to on getting it to you for the next day what more can I say I definitely recommend them 👌 😊

Drone Safe are and excellent company Great value for money and 1st class customer service,I recently bought an RC pro 2 Controller which I received 2% discount plus a free strap and a tempered glass protector for the 7in screen,no other company is doing this sort of deal plus the guys are very knowledgeable about the products they sell, I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to get into Drone flying.

These guys are great, ordered Neo 2 on release day, it was due the day after but after being let down by their courier it would be a day late, despite it not being their fault they sent me a very appologetic email telling me of the delay and sent me a free landing pad for the inconvenience. Amazing customer service. Their YouTube channel is great too by the way! 10/10
