Tom, and Toby and the other members of the company are FANTASTICALLY helpful and professional.
I am a professional filmmaker and Cinematography and bought my first drone from them a few months ago, had a problem with the propellers being screwed on too tightly and they were very helpful in helping. Tom kindly offered to replace the drone once new stock comes in, and the ability to actually see and talk to someone as opposed to a automated Amazon or Jessops alternative was why I bought from them. They offer the personal touch which is this day and age of more automated services, really is nice to have. Thanks guys! -

I could not be more impressed with this company. The ordering process was simple, the cost matched DJI, Amazon, Currys and other suppliers however the addition of a free hard case and SD Card knocked everyone else out of the park. They had everything I needed. DJI had a months waiting list for stock replenishment. I ordered two parcels. During delivery there was a slight courier delay where one went 'missing'. I advised the company by email and they were straight back to me by telephone having spent considerable time chasing the courier company as to where the parcel was so I could be informed. The second parcel came the next day - no problem it was raining anyway the day before :-) Yes more than happy to recommend Drone Safe and will definitely deal with them again. Thank you for your excellent service and for the complimentary chocolate bar and toy glider!

Real good company to deal with , easy to contact and chat with a real human being if you have a question or query , they even phoned me to explain a 24 hour delay on a delivery… try get that kind of service with the likes of Amazon .

The drone safe store and all the staff I have come into contact with have been very helpful and have ensured that I was happy with every element of my purchase. They kept me well informed, their deliveries were prompt and they are always happy to go the extra mile to ensure excellent customer service. I would like to mention Toby who assisted me today when there was an issue with a bar code which I needed to collect the parcel from my local post office, he supplied all the information they required and even stayed on the line to ensure that I managed to collect my parcel. thank you very much for all your help today, 10/10 for customer service ( and the drones are great too !!)

My name is Sarah, I am a 58 year old disabled lady. I guess I am a bit of a gadget Freak. I have wanted a drone for quite some time, however, they are quite expensive & it has taken me ages to save up. I looked up on Google & I kept seeing Drone Safe, so I gave them a call. I spoke to Tom, I explained to him about the fact that I hadn’t any drone experience, apart from watching DJ & PJ Audits on YouTube, they both use the DJI mini 2. I loved watching them flying their drones over interesting places. Tom was very helpful, in fact I must of telephoned him 3 or 4 times before I decided to purchase the Dji mini drone 3 Pro, with 3 extra batteries, 1 bag & a hard case, SD card. It all arrived the very next day. I was given some goodies too. I tried my best to set up the controller myself. However, I ended up needing help yet again. I managed to get hold of Tom again. I know he had said ring anytime, I just hoped it wouldn’t be quite as soon. Tom managed to calm me down, as I had got myself in a bit of a fluster, I was worried that I had messed up the setting up. Tom explained everything to me. I love the fact that I know if I run into any kind of bother, the team at Drone Safe Store, will be there for me. I would recommend Drone Safe Store for the people who know very little, like myself & if your an experienced drone operator, they are the team for you too. Thank You Sarah

I am writing about my outstanding experience of buying a drone from Drone Safe Store. As a company it really stands out from its competitors. Tom, the Sales Director, and the team he leads including Harrison, provide an outstanding, expert and well informed service. When choosing my drone and accessories, they helpfully guided me through the relevant options based on my aerial photography objectives. Each delivery was the next day, reliably. Their attention to detail is first-rate. When I encountered a file format issue, they immediately recognised and understood it, and told me how I should deal with it effectively. When choosing a drone, it is far more helpful to be able to discuss the purchase, for the right reasons. This is not possible with Amazon, with no one to speak with, where the risk of buying a less-than-suitable piece of kit is all too likely. There has never been any delay in getting through to speak to an experienced member of staff within moments (instead of being kept waiting in a queue; or unlike one of their competitors, who never returned my call at all). All too often these days, the waste of time getting through is a major frustration, whether calling large organisations, suppliers or service providers. And these are organisations with whom I want to spend my budget and place business! If you are thinking of buying a drone, you need look no further than Drone Safe Store. You will be in expert hands. I had forgotten the benefits of dealing with retailers who know about what they are selling. It is perhaps too easy or convenient to buy from the major online retailers. Having decided to get back into drone flying I realised just how much they had moved on since I purchased my first drone eight years ago. Drone Safe Store had the drone I was considering buying and at a very good price, given they have very good reviews I phoned them with a few queries I had about my proposed purchase. All my queries were answered, drone ordered and arrived early the next day. Excellent company to do business with and how nice is it to be able to phone up and talk to somebody.

I was going to write a review of the Mini 3 Pro. It's great! But you likely already know that, otherwise you wouldn't be looking here. I'd rather write a review about DroneSafe. The guys have been so helpful, so friendly, and so efficient. They actually have the time to chat, and of course they know the products they are selling. Although there is not much competition with price when buying a hot seller like the Mini 3 Pro, DroneSafe are offering a free sd card and a case with the deal - no-one else is doing that. That alone should persuade the Amazon purchasers to buy here. Only one complaint - I didn't did the free glider or the sweets mentioned by others. Still, I'm on a diet and I'm too busy to play with a toy glider when I have the drone to fly.
