Pre-Ordered a Mavic 3 single from the store on the launch and received my drone on the 18th as promised. Brilliant service and i have taken the drone out for a play and wow it really performs!

Drone Safe Store is absolutely superb! Customer service was impeccable and we really appreciated their advice/knowledge on drones. We were picked up by Tom (Store Manager) at Chichester station and he took us out to show us the ropes on how to fly before we even bought anything. This was not only a valuable experience for us as first time flyers but really made us appreciate the lengths they go through to help their customers (you most likely won't get this elsewhere) We were also never pressured into buying anything we didn't want which has been the case with a lot of face-to-face sales. Mark the CEO of the store was also very helpful, welcomed us in and was super friendly which we appreciated very much. We would 100% recommend these and will be using them for all our drone purchases in the future! Also if you can make it down to Chichester where they're based it is definitely worth your time and they will answer any questions you have in person. Thanks again guys! Keep doing what you're doing!

Compliments again to Tom and the team! My third order from Drone Safe Store arrived today, just like the previous two, well packed, on time, in perfect condition. Some of the credit must go to DPD, with their extremely reliable real time, accurate tracking information...and then there's the special touch of a little bonus in the package....
