DJI Zenmuse H20
DJI's first hybrid multi-sensor payload, combining a 20MP zoom camera with 23x hybrid optical zoom, a 12MP wide camera, and a laser rangefinder in one gimbal. Built for inspection and general aerial capture where switching between wide and telephoto detail matters more than thermal imaging.

H20 or H20T?
The H20T adds a thermal camera as a fourth sensor. If your work is purely visual inspection, general capture, or distance measurement, the H20 does the job for less. If you need thermal, for firefighting, search and rescue, or electrical fault detection, the H20T is the correct payload instead.
Compatibility
Works with the DJI Matrice 300 RTK only. It is not compatible with the Matrice 350 RTK, Matrice 400, or Matrice 4 Series, those use the H30 Series instead. Confirmed directly against DJI's own current specifications.
The H20 Series is also only supported on the Android version of DJI Pilot, not iOS, worth checking against your existing controller setup before ordering.

Does the H20 work with the Matrice 350 RTK or Matrice 400?
No. The H20 Series is specific to the Matrice 300 RTK. For the Matrice 350 RTK, Matrice 400, or Matrice 4 Series, the H30 Series is the equivalent current payload.
What's the difference between the H20 and H20T?
The H20T adds a thermal camera, aimed at inspection work involving heat detection: firefighting, search and rescue, and electrical fault finding. The H20 carries the same zoom, wide, and laser rangefinder sensors without it.
Does it work with DJI Pilot on iOS?
No, the H20 Series only supports the Android version of DJI Pilot. Confirm your controller runs Android before ordering.
Is the H20 still worth buying given the newer H30 Series exists?
If you're already operating a Matrice 300 RTK, yes, since the H30 Series isn't compatible with that airframe. If you're specifying a new aircraft and payload together, the Matrice 350 RTK with an H30 Series payload is generally the stronger long-term choice.
