DJI Care and Maintenance

DJI's Maintenance Program keeps enterprise aircraft flying to factory tolerance rather than waiting for a fault to show up mid-mission. Three tiers are available depending on the model: Basic, Standard, and Premium, each adding a wider scope of parts replacement on top of the last. Plans are supplied as digital activation codes, redeemed directly through DJI once your aircraft is due a service.

What Each Tier Covers

  • Deep clean and full system inspection on every tier, checking propulsion, gimbal, flight controller, and transmission.
  • Firmware updates and precision calibration, standard across Basic, Standard, and Premium.
  • Replace easily worn parts from Standard tier upward, including propellers, gimbal dampers, and connecting screws.
  • Replace core components on Premium tier only, covering motors, arm modules, and landing gear.
  • Receive an official maintenance report after every service, logged against the aircraft's history.
  • Redeem through DJI's own service centres, with no third-party inspection stage to add delay.

Maintenance Program vs DJI Care Enterprise

The two serve different purposes and pair well together. Maintenance Program covers scheduled wear and tear, keeping components within factory tolerance before they fail. DJI Care Enterprise covers accidental damage instead, replacing an aircraft after a crash, water ingress, or signal loss. Fleets flying regularly for inspection, survey, or public safety work typically run both, so planned servicing and accident cover sit on the same aircraft.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which tier does my aircraft need?

Basic suits aircraft on light, predictable schedules. Standard adds worn-parts replacement for higher flight hours. Premium adds core component replacement for aircraft under sustained operational load. Call us and we'll match the tier to your flight profile.

Is this the same as DJI Care Enterprise?

No. Maintenance Program covers scheduled servicing, while DJI Care Enterprise covers accidental damage. Many commercial operators run both side by side.

How is the plan redeemed?

Each plan is a digital activation code, applied directly through DJI when your aircraft is due its service. We'll confirm the process when you order.

Can I order for multiple aircraft in a fleet?

Yes. Call our team for volume pricing across a fleet rather than ordering plans individually.
