Just want to say a BIG THANK YOU to the Drone Safe Store ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’m flying out to the Czech Republic on Saturday for the Christmas and won’t be back till the New Year. DPD 👎🏾 had my parcel for over one week and didn’t deliver, told them my situation and they did not care. Horrible service. Explained the situation to the Drone Safe Store and they said with no hesitation, I can come to the store and collect my DJI Mini 3 Pro (DJI RC) and Fly More Kit in person, and the parcel DPD have they will return to sender. “ made my Christmas”🎄🎄🎄 They gave me loads of goodies ….SD cards, exclusive DJI merchandise ALL FOR FREE!!!! 10 out of 10 customer service highly recommended⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Probably the best retailer in th UK, These guys take pride in what they do and not only they call you send you emails to keep you updated and they follow their sale even after the goods are delivered. I purchased a mini 3 pro with various other add ons and the guys who work and own this establishment are basically wonderful. I really appreciate all the help and your guidance through out the purchase and set up and registering DJI refresh plans etc. All the best

I took advantage of a great offer in the Black Friday sale. In spite of postal disruption and, no doubt, a busy period my drone arrived securely packaged shortly afterwards. I'm very happy with the service and also the technical help received when I called a few days later

They responded well when the Ex-demo DJI action camera I bought from them didn't work. I sent it back and they offered a refund or manufacturer's repair, which I took. So I had to wait a few weeks , but then received back an as-new boxed product.
