Not the Experience I was Expecting... Signed up to the companies emails a while ago and reading all the positive feedback comments finally pressed the ‘GO’ button for a Mini 3 Pro Combo deal, an item that was advertised as in stock for next day delivery. My confirmation email was received Monday at 12.51pm, 3 hours 9 minutes ahead of the “Next Day Delivery’ cut off for an in stock item! This was the only email I received that day, so became doubtful that in fact the item was coming as advertised. Order delay email received the following morning (Tuesday) at 10.03am, email not personal to me, which I’d of preferred. It confirmed the item was not as stated ‘In Stock’ and would not now be dispatched until Wednesday, the day they were expecting to receive them into stock! (at 11.37am Tuesday - it was still advertised as in stock and available for next day delivery if ordered within 4 hours 23 mins) Dispatch email received on the Wednesday and item delivered on the Thursday, 2 days after it was expected. Is this end of the world, well no of course its not, what it is, is disappointing! Its also a review that whilst doesn’t sit with the positivity of the many , is an honest one and that in itself can’t be bad.
