Ordered a DJI Mini 3 Pro late one Thursday evening, assuming a Saturday delivery after being advised so, it never turned up (DPD), I received a call from the team and several emails advising it would now be Monday, very apologetic and offered me a £20 voucher, I have since used to order another battery that turned up the day after. I really cannot fault the guys at all, will be using this company again. You don't get service like this anymore, keep doing what you do guys, big thumbs up.

If theres a mistake they go the extra mile to resolve it and thats so nice. I like this firm. Lots.

I ordered the “fly more” option with my mini 3 pro. Item arrived 2 days later in Aberdeenshire (other side of the country). They added some little extras: some sweets, and a little glider. Sweets came in very handy because unboxing is very hungry work don’t you know! Yummy!

Hey team. Everything is good. I like the surprises in the box. But the plastic around the bag is really stuck in a seams. Very annoying. It’s kinda hanging out.

Drone and extra kit arrived today. We'll packaged. Nice little gifts in the box, little glider planes and sweeties.
